The Business & industry Foodservice Leadership Council strives to enhance its relationship with foodservice manufacturers by rethinking the existing ecosystem. Typically, the Amenities Director at a company has relied on their contracted foodservice management company to work with the manufacturers, The Council, however, feels that there is room to have more direct collaboration with manufacturers going forward.
