Phil is responsible for overseeing IFMA's day-to-day operations and directs the activities of the association in support of policies, goals, and objectives established by its Board of Directors.
Jennifer is responsible for the association's financial health and transparency to members. In addition, she oversees office operations, technology, human resources and meeting logistics. She is the staff liaison for the IFMA Educational Foundation and the Gold & Silver Plate Society.
Mike oversees and provides strategic direction to IFMA’s member-facing programs and services within its three Centers of Excellence: Insights, Best Practices, and Connectivity. Mike also facilitates meaningful partnerships with external groups for additional services.
Alvaro leads IFMA’s marketing and communications efforts to increase awareness of IFMA programs, insights, and services across the foodservice community. He executes marketing plans to drive participation in member programs, events, awards, and initiatives that position the association for the future.
Helen is responsible for growing IFMA's membership and participation. She meets with members to ensure they receive the maximum value from their membership and actively pursues new members.
Charlie is responsible for meeting manufacturer members' insights and best practices needs by leveraging existing offerings and developing new offerings. Examples include Food Future 2025, Joint Business Planning, Foodservice Fundamentals, Strategic Issues Series, and the Consumer Planning Program.
Denise is responsible for growing IFMA's membership and participation. She meets with members to ensure they receive the maximum value from their membership and actively pursues new members.
Courtney is responsible for managing connectivity programming for IFMA’s Chain Operators EXchange, Gold & Silver Plate Awards, Marketing & Sales Conference, and Presidents Conference. These conferences and events connect members with channel partners and to the products and services emanating from IFMA’s insights and best practices work.
Lisa organizes and executes all of the IFMA conferences, meetings, and events. IFMA events involve sponsor products, hotel negotiations and onsite logistics, registration processes and overall event coordination. IFMA events are an integral part of the association, programs and membership.
Kathleen conceives, plans, writes, and produces communications that reflect the Association’s strategic vision, supporting IFMA leadership as thought leaders in the foodservice industry and beyond, and clearly positioning the organization’s mission and objectives to external audiences.
Sandra is responsible for the accounts receivable, event and conference registrations and program participation. She handles the collection of all accounts receivable, invoicing for sponsorships, meeting registrations, program participation and manages processing of membership dues calculations and payments.
Sabrina acts as IFMA's social media manager, digital marketing strategist, graphic designer, and primary content creator. She joined the team in Fall 2022.
Chris is responsible for IFMA's membership data base, iMIS, and all things related to it. He is focused on ensuring IFMA members and staff are able to use our various technology platforms to their fullest ability and deliver member value.
