Each month IFMA highlights the newest companies that make up our diverse membership community. This month we are featuring, ACH Foodservice and The Dairy Alliance. You can read on to learn more about each of their organizations.

ACH Foods has been a dedicated partner to the foodservice industry, and their portfolio of well-known ingredient brands are trusted staples for chefs across the country. ACH is the producer of Argo Corn Starch and Karo Syrup. They strive to deliver quality and consistency in all that they do. There are three cornerstones to their success:

Quality

For every recipe, and for every operation, chefs know that their products will deliver excellent performance—no surprises, no disappointments. It's why many of their brands are household names and pantry staples.

Experience

ACH truly understand foodservice and can share insights and recommendations to better their customers' business, from recipes to category management and more.

Partnership

ACH provides their customers with support, solutions, and business-building consultation. Their strong broker sales team provides the personal relationship and onsite support that builds success.

The Dairy Alliance is a nonprofit funded by dairy farm families of the Southeast. They work diligently with dairy farmers, retailers, schools, sports teams, health professionals, local organizations, state leaders, the media and the public to promote dairy foods and knowledge about the dairy industry. Their efforts center in nine states: Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.

Dairy foods contain nine essential nutrients that are important for building strong bones and healthy bodies. To that end, The Dairy Alliance works with consumers of all ages to provide them with nutritional information, dairy industry news, research and recipes for a healthy lifestyle that includes three servings of milk, cheese or yogurt each day.
