Committed to giving support to qualified culinary, marketing or food science students, the IFMA Education Foundation promotes the next generation of foodservice leaders.  IFMA's purpose is to initiate and fund programs and scholarships for outstanding students and to advance their placement in top-tier foodservice organizations.

Since 1972, the foundation has provided more than $3 million in scholarships to students studying foodservice. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the foundation ensures 100% of donor contributions go towards funding scholarships while IFMA provides in-kind services to administer the foundation.

At the 2017 Presidents Conference in Phoenix, AZ, the Education Foundation hosted their Annual "Pink Ball" Golf Tournament and an evening reception with a silent auction that successfully raised funds towards the 2017 goal.

The Foundation raised a total of $227,660 in 2017, continuing to support our commitment to the next generation of foodservice leaders.
