03-23-23 - On February 6, 2023, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) released revised nutritional guidelines for K–12 school systems. These guidelines will have a significant impact on K-12 providers—and the IFMA manufacturers and distributors that supply them, to the tune of an estimated $38 billion annually.
